Perry called the National Guard and Feds in on Monday, which is why they were in place by Thursday. That's where I got my Monday thing from.
Does anyone have a link to the evidence on when Blank-O called in the Feds? I need to ram it down the throat of a liberal.
It's called the Bonnet Carre spillway.
