"HRW has received funding from: the Ahmanson Foundation; the Carnegie Corporation of New York; the Ford Foundation; the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation; the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation; the Open Society Institute; the David and Lucile Packard Foundation; the Righteous Persons Foundation; the Rockefeller Brothers Fund; and the Rockefeller Foundation."
Discover the network has a extensive article on HRW they have been taken over by the Soros mental sickness. Their original principles of human rights have become secondary to its far left political agenda.
There is no way I would give this any credibility unless a credible source is found. the new york times and human rights watch are both a part of the Soros smear machine and neither is reliable.

"Do you really think our soldiers would be treated humanely by the terrorists if they were captured? "
To the MSM and leftist running dogs, it is not about treatment of American soldiers by Terrorists or the bombings of families and children..its about panties and frat pranks equated with torture..As a vietnam vet the training we got in boot camp was much more difficult than most of what the press calls torture today..Let the MSM and kook leftists keep this up only naive touchy feelly types will agree.. the rest of America is just revolted by the slander they print.

Our enemies in Iraq and Afghanistan fight like cowards! They kidnap innocent people and behead them. It's time that the liberal bias media emphasizes this instead of our abusing killers. I don't condone prisoner abuse, but remember 9/11?

Thank God. I was beginning to think that all of our military and special force troops had turned to knitting and crocheting clubs that exchanged recipes with terrorists and were asking for advice on the best way to prepare for a Jihad Feast.

Why we never dropped cluster bombs on such crowds of savages is unbelievable to me.

"Reached by telephone Friday night, Captain Fishback, who is currently in Special Forces training at Fort Bragg, N.C., referred all questions to an Army spokesman, adding only that, "I have a duty as an officer to do this through certain channels, and I've attempted to do that." Hmmm, just wondering why the good Captain would come forward with his allegations at this time. Could he be flunking out of the SFQC and using these allegations in the hopes of achieving "Whistle Blower" status? As a "Whistle Blower," he could claim that he was flunked out of the course for reasons other than his lack of motivation and incompetence. Such tactics have been tried before when officers saw their careers threatened.

""....and forced to hold five-gallon water jugs with arms outstretched..."" For a summer job I worked for a masonry company building the block walls of a Kmart. All I did was carry mortar up and down scaffolding in 5 gallon buckets...Who can I sue?

Well, since our troops get beheaded and contractors get burned alive, dragged through the streets and their charred bodies tied to bridges, I'd say they detainees are lucky. Anyone who played a sport has been through this crap just from initiation, etc. The rookies from the Pirates had to dress up like Hooters girls for a day this past week. Had it been a detainee, the Slimes would have covered it, the UN would have had investigations, and it would have most definitely been reported as a direct order from W.

Well... so long as were are prepared to accept such treatment of out own troops if captured, no problem.
If that was all our troops had to look forward to as
prisoners......not beheadings, or being emasculated,
or hung from bridges and set on fire.

Wonder if one of the "sources" from the 82nd is the liar Hart Viges who is one of mother sheehan's little sheep? He's gone on record saying that soldiers threw candy in the street so the military could target children. Of course that turned him into a conscientious objector and forced him to tour the country blasting our soldiers.
