I was looking up some nat gas prices for some friends...that will put it over a buck a therm in Seattle...its 90 cents in So Cal...
Per TXCN/Perry news conf: Contraflow is in use on 45 now (live footage). Those who are out of gas should pull over and wait. TxDOT crews will come along and refuel your vehicle.

I would love to have the time to go back to the "California blackout aftermath" threads to find where I, and a couple other FReepers, stated that California's foolish race to power electric plants with natural gas because it was so "cheap" and clean would drive the price way, way up...
