It's never going to pass over the Loop Current again.
The are asking the military to get gasoline to people. Apparently Texas has some prearranged deal with some group to help with this. They are telling people to hold tight that they will get them gasoline.
That means another refinery shut down.
I'm no fool, fool, and I did "survive" w/a smaller car for years and could again if I had to. I see no need or reason to imply that those who have chosen to upgrade to a larger vehicle should be castigated for buying and paying for a larger vehicle to accommodate their larger families.
Yeppers - I feel the pressure rising every time she turns sideways...I hope she wears that T-shirt in the rain.
That would be METEROLOGIST Stephanie Abrams. :-)
That would be HOT Meterologist Stephanie Abrams.

"..... did I leave out that it's CRAWFISH etoufee?"
Yes, you did, and you two are making my mouth drool. I'm a walnut fan, myself, and white grapes in the chicken salad!
Good luck to both of you!
did you see the nat gas prices?
some of you guys need to break away from this thread and get to a hooters or a strip club - to get your perspective back.
Thanks for clarifying.
Oh lordie - if my hubby knew that he'd turn right around and head right back down there .....even though he's been driving for more than 24 hours now and is probably within spittin' distance of home!
CRAWFISH etoufee is his absolute favorite dish and I don't have a clue of how to make it for him!
We've had hundreds of storms in this state over the past 100 years; we've NEVER had the civil breakdown that NO had in 2 days.
Ahh.. didn't see your reply when I made mine... but hey.. great minds think alike.
Yes it's possible, and I'd venture to say probable. It may very well stay a medium to strong CAT4, but one thing that's almost sure is that the wind field will expand.
$12.81 at last check. No wonder why the envirowhackos want all power to be natural gas; then there will be rolling blackouts from supply disruptions. Crude, however, is pulling back nicely ($66.60 now).
FYI -this satellite link updates every 7 minutes or so...just refresh every now and then.
