There was a woman who just called into Channel 11. She left Sugar Land at 7 a.m. on Highway 59 going toward Corpus. She's all the way to the Highway 6 interchange right now.

I can still go. I can get to the river just this side of Eagle Lake driving section roads 80% of the way. No one but farmers or duck hunters could find their way on those roads.
