Hi! I'm doing ok. Talking to Tank. He's struggling with getting the last 1.5 minutes off his run time to pass a PT test on Oct. 1st. :(

I just had to tell him that I dropped my bike in the driveway two days ago. It's hard to keep it balanced on crushed stone!
Fortunately I only got a few scrapes and bruises.

How have you been doing? Did you get my FReep mail a few weeks ago?

Speaking of Moonbats, I really wish I could go to DC this weekend...I think it would be an awesome experiance.

It's not possible though, even if I had the money and felt like braving a city like DC. This is the first weekend of public service for our church...I have to be there.

I was going to try to go. This is son's first home Football game and he's a senior this year. A must be there. :) I was told they go support the Troops every Friday night. I'm working on hubby to let me go and looking at flights. I'm shooting for mid-October. How proud I will feel with sign in hand, supporting our Troops with Freepers. :) I don't know if it will come to be, but I'm hopeful that I can get there.

10 am update:

Beaumont/Port Arthur/Orange, or for those geographically challenged, the border between TX and LA is now the projected path of the eye. The eye keeps tracking further to the East. Southwest Louisiana is now going to catch the dirty side of the storm. Someone should tell Beth to get out of Lake Charles.
