They accepted...we're probably sold...now we look.

Prayers for you guys...nothing more than a clean-up is great! Both of the folks who offered said they walked in and felt at home. The house is clean, tidy, plants all over, and I really don't know what all else made the difference.

Having your home 'show ready' all the time takes a little effort, but pays off in the end.

As for your yard? Probably lots of water, some B-1 for the shrubs...trim the edges of the yard so they look sharp? It's Fall, maybe the person who is going to buy your house will take that into consideration!
