Breaking: Jet Blue emergency landing, Long Beach, CA (UPDATE: Plane Landed Safely)

A Jet Blue aircraft just did a low altitude flyby of Long Beach airport after reporting some concern with their forward gear. The television helicopter caught an image of it - the gear is turned sideways and tilted.
Aircraft is heading out towards the ocean to drop fuel, will turn around, and attempt a 'soft field' landing, keeping the nose up as long as possible.

I remember reading that JetBlue outsources their heavy duty maintenance to El Salvador. Would be interest to see if this plane took a visit south of the border.

honestly, barring something unforseen, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being getting food poisoning from the in flight meal, and 10 being flying into the side of a mountain at full throttle, this is about a 2
