JERSEY CITY BLOODBATH
1010 WINS ^ | Sep 21, 2005 2:10 pm US

Posted on 09/21/2005 12:19:56 PM PDT by Calpernia

A mother and two of her children were found stabbed to death on Wednesday after police were called to their apartment by her injured son, who survived a stabbing rampage that took place at least a day earlier, authorities said.

Authorities said they had no suspects, but Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said the stabbings appeared to stem from a family dispute over money. He said authorities wanted to speak with an uncle of the children, but that no arrest warrants had been issued and the person was not considered a suspect.

Only one person is believed responsible for the killings, which probably took place late Monday or early Tuesday, DeFazio said.

``The bodies were found together in one room. It was an extremely bloody scene,'' he said.

The surviving boy, believed to be 8- or 9-years-old, was stabbed 10 times and lapsed in and out of consciousness before managing to dial 9-1-1 at about 11:14 a.m. Wednesday, authorities said.

``The child was seriously injured, regained consciousness, and called police,'' DeFazio said.

The boy was taken to Jersey City Medical Center. His condition was not immediately available, but police talked to him when they arrived at the apartment and expected him to survive.

The mother, her approximately 13-year-old daughter and a son of about 6 were slain, authorities said. DeFazio said identification of the dead was awaiting notification of next of kin, who had yet to be found.

DeFazio said the father of the children lives in Jersey City but is not believed to be involved in the killings. Authorities did not know the status of that man's relationship with the mother.

DeFazio has already earned himself a reputation for covering up honor killings and other distasteful Islamic behavior.

(snip)

A horrified six-year-old boy called 911 from inside 207 Wegman Parkway just before 11:30 a.m. and told them of the carnage, according to authorities. The boy, who was himself stabbed during the attack, was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center in serious condition.

The horrified boy called 911 and told the operator that his "mother is sleeping." When authorities arrived, they broke down the front door and made the horrific discovery, police said.

The boy's mother and two other people - possibly family members - were found fatally stabbed in the house. The child was also so badly injured that he could not open the door.

Jeeze Louise! Where in the hell do these people come from?

Speaking, of course about the assailant. God bless this poor child and his slain family.

ROP again? Which, of course, will be spun as a "domestic quarrel". I never believed the "official" story about the Coptic Christians being a robbery.

Small update:

(snip)

Utility workers on Wednesday afternoon removed sludge from a sewer near the apartment building and officers retrieved a knife, which was taken by crime scene technicians.

This kind of shit just baffles me. I could easily see how one man could kill another in a fight but to brutally stab a woman and three children???!?!?!?

And this is the second 'family slain' in Jersey City.

This is the same town where the Coptic family was murdered.

This is why I'm on the market for a tactical 20 guage pump action shot gun...

Anyone got one for sale?

We're going back to the days of the old wild west. It's every man for himself...

We're going back to the days of the old wild west.

If only that were true.

Back then, you could do the right thing and get away with it. Not now.

There is something horribly wrong here. I wish they would state the surname of the family.

I've never seen any followups on that story either.

I still don't like the connection that family had to Lynn Stewart.
