Batten down the hatches anywhere from South Padre Island up to Galveston....and yes that includes Houston too.
As you can see...Midland/Odessa is completely safe. :)

It doesn't necessarily mean Houston, though if it's big enough, Houston might get some of the outter bands. If the weather patterns make it turn right--Houston is in biiiig trouble. And my brother lives just nearly right on the coast! Yark!
