Handbook I smuggled out of an Islamic convention

This past weekend I did some personal undercover work at a local CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) fundraiser. I made off with a pocket handbook containing some deeply disturbing instructions to their members. I would like everyone to read it. It will only be available at this link until the end of the week so I suggest downloading it and distributing it to all who are concerned:

What to do if the FBI contacts you
Your rights on an airline
Each of these are advice pertant to everyone. "Register and Vote" was one of the few items under "Get Involved Locally". This is advice that is good for everyone, Christian, Buddhist, Wiccan and yes, Islamic too.

Frankly, you could substitute Republic Conservative for Muslim in that handbook and it would be OK. I didn't see anything in there that would not make sense for any religious group.
Where is the part about killing infidels?
