Is Tim Russert going to issue a retraction and apology for letting a lie be told on his show and have the defeated liberal media use this segment of his program again and again and again? I am not holding my breath.

Broussard simply played for the camera and mr. potatohead. He lied to further the rantings of the luntic left that has taken over the democratic party. NBC & Russert owes the President an apology

I did
not buy that guy's crocodile tears, the first time I saw the tape.
He reminded me of Susan Smith and her croc tears when she drowned her 2 little boys in the lake & was blaming a black man. I told my hubby, "I say she's lying." I was right.

"Brainless liars"???? I beg to differ. Broussard wasn't a brainless liar. Like all democrat liars, this man's lie was intentional, scripted, and well rehearsed. Moments after his sobbing performance, I and others recognized and recorded what we'd seen. We knew this guy was acting out grief, and he did it to cause harm to President Bush and FEMA. He used the tragic death of a friend's Mother for cheap political gain. How callous is that?

Neither did I.
I commented on it in one of the first threads about this loser's phoney interview.
He was reading from note cards.

This type of lie is so common to MTP, that it's just more of the same.

And Russert was a willing dupe...just like he was with Clinton yesterday. THE first order of business for Russert (and Stephanopolis and Larry King) should have been for them to ask Clinton why he arranged to be on their shows at this time. They should have made clear to their audience whether, coincidentally they each called him to appear on their shows, or whether (as I suspect), Clinton offered himself up for the interviews.
And each one of them owed it to their audiences to ask Clinton why he wanted the airtime now, to criticize President Bush.

The defense attorney for the owners of the nursing home said they were waiting for a mandatory evacuation order from the Parrish President, Mr. Broussard, which never came. They are arguing that Broussard is at fault, not themselves.

I stand corrected. He can read from a script. But in most other respects, I still submit that the man is brainless.
To: finnman69
The man is a lying bastard and should be publicly flogged.

I can't imagine a elected Democrat from the South being so crass as to cry, bite his lip, and use the tragedy to gain political points.

Aaron Broussard...you are lying sonofabitch.
To: Yellow Rose of Texas
That should be an interesting trial, then. I wonder if Court TV will broadcast it? I think a lot of facts will be placed into evidence that might just give the prosecutor second thoughts. Watch for a sweetheart plea bargain to be arranged at the last minute. If Broussard comes up with a pre-dated evac order, they better have Buckhead take a look.
