In a blockbuster radio segment, Matt Drudge reminded a caller who sounded suspicously like Cinday Sheehan that 795 Americans -- mostly poor, black and elderly-- died in Chicago in 1995 (on Clinton's wacth)during a heatwave because they were to poor to have air conditioning. No one in the media demanded the head of James Lee Witt, nobody in the lib media demanded Bush to apologize. Nobody in the media said Clintoon was too busy hanging out with Barb Streisand to give a crap about the black urban poor.
Every right-leaning talk radio station in the country should remind their listeners about this.
The last time I called Drudge was probably three or four years ago. I hadn't gotten through for about four or five months, got on the air, and he hung up on me for no reason.
Drudge the Sludge is ANYTHING but right-leaning.
bttt
Does anyone know the story on this Breitbart.com that Drudge seems to be using more and more?
I'd never heard of them before Drudge (my first source for news). It seems they just appeared out of nowhere and Drudge has locked onto them.
Is it a Murdoch or Drudge thing or what? I haven't found any "about" info on their site yet. I like to know where my news is coming from, especially after some of the BS that came out of the NOLA disaster.
You're forgetting that those 1995 heat wave deaths were caused by global warming and Bush's subsequent refusal to sign Kyoto. Same reason Katrina happened. Same reason I had a nasty cough today.
It seems as if I recall Rush Limbaugh mentioning the deaths in Chigago last week, but I'm not certain.
Whaddya mean? Bill Clinton's innocent. "That's what they all say in here." (From Shawshank Redemption)
think about this: ON AN ELECTION DAY IN NEW ORLEANS THE DEMOCRATS HAVE THE BUSES OUT IN FULL FORCE.
amazing, isn't it?!
