Stung by the success and resilience of the patriotic counter-demonstration by Freepers of Code Pink's ghoulish 'antiwar' protests outside Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., Code Pink leader Gael Murphy and a couple Pinkos distributed flyers door to door to the houses in a several block area around Walter Reed urging residents to call the police in order to run off the D.C. Chapter from there.
The two sided flyers featured a graphic promoting the 'antiwar' activities in Washington next weekend on one side and a letter from Code Pink to the residents in the Walter Reed neighborhood on the other.
The letter is typical Code Pinko propaganda. They give the residents their same old line about they care for the soldiers, blah, blah, blah. They don' t tell them that Code Pink endorsed Al Qaeda in Iraq and gave $650,000 to the terrorists in Fallaujah.
In the letter, they also warn the residents to expect a much larger crowd next Friday because of the 'antiwar' rally.
Code Pink closes the letter by accusing us of "disrupting the quiet" of the neighborhood because we "often yell and raise (our) voices in anger" at Code Pink.
Code Pink then tells the residents, "Please know that you can contact the Washington DC Police Department to ask that peace and quiet be restored."
Unfortunately for Code Pink, the D.C. noise ordinance doesn't apply until 10 p.m. Being that we have a demonstration permit and only use our unamplified voices to direct our comments across the street, our activities fall under First Amendment protections.
Also, out of respect for the neighbors, we keep it down after 9 p.m. (One of the two corners we stand at is in front of the end of a block of row houses. The other corner is in front of a parking lot for a church that doesn't hold services Friday evenings.)
Code Pink, of course, cares nothing for the 'quiet' of the soldiers and their families as they try to put their lives together at Walter Reed. They care only about lowering morale and trying to bring about the defeat of America in the war.
Code Pink can't beat Freepers mano a mano, so they tried a sneaky trick to get us run off by the police.
It is worth noting that yet again a Code Pinko came across the street and tried to start a fight. The 'man' chickened out and went back to his corner when bmwcyle informed him that the police had told us to call them if any of the Code Pinkos came across the street to harrass us.
LOL! One of these days we'll have sign that says "Code Pink Stinks!"
Put "If Osama Was A Piece of" between quote narks in Google and see how many hits you get...
Thank you DC Chapter for never giving these people a moments rest. Our country needs more home front warriors like you to defend our freedom. Thank you for looking out for our front line warriors in their time of need.

Puhleeeeeeez...Moonbats beat drums and block traffic. If the locals call the cops it will be because they can't get in and out their own driveways.
I will be taking a cab to WRAMC Friday night. And I'll leave the secret weapon behind til Saturday.
We've had a few false reports called in about us at Walter Reed before. One was that there were three hundred of us and that we were boisterous and jumping in traffic. The responding officer arrived to see a dozen of us just standing on the sidewalk with our signs and flags.
It looks to me like Code Pink is pretty desperate for PR help as well. From the way that the content of the "letter" bounced all over the place (between their anti-war message, to complaining about the wounded being brought in at night, to complaining about the meal charges, to complaining about the hospital being BRAC'd, to complaining about jobs in the area being lost, to complaining about the war again, then the counterprotest, then suggesting that the neighbors call the cops ... did I miss anything in all that?) it's clear that whoever wrote, edited and approved it has ZERO clue about effective message conveyance techniques. It reads like it was written by someone enamoured of their own thoughts in just a stream-of-consciousness fashion ... with no eye/ear towards effective delivery.
All politics aside, it's a pretty pathetic attempt at getting a message out and across. Anyone who's taken a collegiate-level freshman intro to public communications class would know better.
"Saying they support the troops is a huge lie."
I must disagree. They do support the troops......Al Queda!
I think high school classes would cover it.
Code Pink Stinks.
It's kinda hard to tell a new recruit that the soldiers appreciate Code Pink being there when dozens of p.o.'ed soldiers demonstrate to them otherwise.
It's easier to keep 'em coming back if they aren't exposed to what the soldiers really think of them.
Even so, the turnover rate at the Pinko's corner has been quite high over the summer. Even most Bush-hating liberals in D.C. know that it takes a real lowlife to do what Code Pink does outside Walter Reed. They want no part of them.
Leave it to Code Pink to show an example of Low Life Personified.
I stand corrected. I don't think it moves them much when innocent civilians are beheaded by terrorists.
It's funny to think about lefties encouraging the neighborhood to call the police when you think about how lefties feel about law enforcement, their tactics while protesting, and the names they call the officers.

"Peaceful" Susan "Media" Benjamin, Code Pinko.
Old hippies with nothing else to do.
More "Peaceful" Code Pinko.
Needed to be said again.
THE DC CHAPTER NEEDS BODIES NEXT WEEK AND EVERY WEEK
FYI, BOBTHENAILER flew down today from Michigan to Freep the Code PinkOs tonight. Last week AprilfromTexas flew in (from Texas) just to Freep the Code PinkOs.
We're all hoping that a whole bunch of Freepers feel the urge to travel to DC, from near and far, for the big troop support rally weekend (September 23-26) and counter protests to the smelly, semi-literate leftist pukes' Peace Riots on September 24th.
I have forwarded this to my contacts in the press and I will be back home Monday with my new wife, thanks for holding the fort while I have been gone.
