I am just amazed at the number of wackos that think the world revolves around abortion. Yes a woman has rights, but abortion is used as a convenience not a medical issue. Abortion is wrong except in a VERY few situations....so why does EVERY political decision have to include abortion???????

It's like Ann Coulter said - they are the 'abortion party'.

That is their only issue of concern, their whole reason for being.

" Democrats may be forced to shut down operations as a party and re-enter politics under a different name. The party formerly known as "the Democratic Party" will henceforth be doing business under the name "the Abortion Party."

That would have the virtue of honesty. Love of abortion is the one irreducible minimum of the Democratic Party. Liberals don't want to go to war with Saddam Hussein, but they do want to go to war to protect Roe v. Wade.

Bloomberg = RINO.

Before abortion (a very expensive and traumatic form of birth control), shouldn't there be some form of or thought of birth control?

How much does it cost to say "NO" (and I'm not talking about coercion)or for men and women to just keep their pants on? Can anyone THINK of consequences before acting?

...so why does EVERY political decision have to include abortion???????

I feel the abortion issue was intended to undermine "Natural Law" philosophy of our founding. That being said not everyone who fights for the right to abortion on demand understands that. But if you have a "central plan" in mind with economic planned growth and sustainable development from an all powerful governing central authority, I guess you better get people used to the idea of population control, one way or another.

so why does EVERY political decision have to include abortion???????

It is a feeble and unconstitutional law protected by the left. It is very precarious and the leftists know it.

Agreed. I hope that Roberts sees the Roe decision for the LEGAL abomination that it is, but from all that I have seen, I am comfortable even if he is not setting out to overturn any particular case or to support any particular point of view. I am confident that conservative positions are, for the most part, constitutional positions, and thus, positions Roberts will support, not because of ideology, but because of the law.
