Who the hell would bother watching ABC? Some field clown talking to Alfred E. Neuman back in the studio. These guys are from the 70's. It's over you media morons. You're history!
Yep!
But it's great to see them try so hard and to no avail
Then Senators Dodd and Kennedy cannot be too far behind.
Scotch martinis?

I'm no fan of President Bush, but I still don't understand what he apologized for and why Brown had to go.
Thank you SL. My sister is the greatest in need of prayers. She lived in NO and suffered great financial loss and probably the loss of her cats. The rest of my family, including me, had only minor damage to our homes. My yard, on the other hand, looks like God took a blender to it.
As for decisions, we've already decided to relocate to another state. We're tired of running from storms.
ROFLMAO!
Fair enough.
I think that Captain's Quarters gave a good analysis as to where the administration did fall short (not including Mike Brown) http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/archives/005452.php
Relative to Mike Brown -- when you are in over your head, you escalate the problems to your management. I am on the outside, so I don't know to what extent he did do this. But I can say that W doesn't let a person take the fall if he or she is competent and has been fully forthcoming. (Disclaimer- Clearly I am a fan of the President :-) )
Don't you love it when people the dinosaur press interviews don't follow the script? LOL!
You're welcome, alnick! I will add your sister to my prayers.
I will also pray that you and your family will find a better place to relocate to.
:-) Clearly I do! LOL! I am glad that you do too!
It sounds like these people know who shoved them in the Superdome without adequate security to protect them and facilities to sustain them. They also know that Nagin knew from experience exactly what would happen to them in there without enough security. I think it would be clear to anyone that he didn't really care about them or he would have worked harder to keep this from happening to them from the start.
ha ha...yeah, better title.
Alphabet SOOP bump.
That is a good point.
Plus he set up his new home in Texas, even enrolled his kids in school there.
Nagin makes Allstate look like Captain Kangaroo (in character)
Wow, the msm must be all on Zoloft this AM trying to get out of their depression.
I like to follow the Today Show for that reason. Sometimes they have live interviews with service people. Invariably, Katie, Matt, and Ann get answers they don't want to hear. It really gets hilarious when they try a follow up question like, "But with all the death and destruction, don't you feel like the insurgents are winning, and the war in Iraq is a lost cause?"
When the service man or woman calmly restates his or her original position, I can't help but point and laugh at Katie, Matt, or Ann. It's all good.
