The UN building could be removed and replaced with some quality housing for well-deserved veterans of the US military. I'd like to take that piece of so-called artwork of the gun with the twisted barrel and present it to any one of the anti gun activists in a most physically uncomfortable fashion. Then we could take back all of the many residences of the UN diplomats and also revert then to housing of our military veterans.
Off subject, but a great idea. How about deporting all illegal immigrants and routing them back to their originating countries; Mexico, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Russia, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, etc., etc. The vacated apartments resulting from said deportation would provide more than adequate housing for the evacuees from Hurricane Katrina from New Orleans and other areas where housing is needed.
Best Presidential campaign platform I've ever heard of (for OUR next presidential campaign): 1. The UN leaves the U.S. and, 2. Our borders are SEALED to ANYONE and EVERYONE who isn't already a bone fide citizen, and 3. Round up the illegals and send them home. I believe a candidate from either party could win with this platform, but there isn't a politician with the guts to do it.

Im a musician in town , I see those sons of richmen , frauds the lot of them .Hanging in the top of the line clubs , usually with blond hookers . The the next day they have their rags back on their heads facing Mecca..Think I'm exaggerating ? Ask any NYC pro musician who know sthe scene there. UN diplomats are out nightly , with all the coke , all the woman and all the expensive booze money can buy.

At last something to agree with Hugo on, I have wanted the UN out of the US for decades. But I disagree about his choice on new location. I think cock roach Caracas Venezuela or maybe le frog Paris France would be my choice.
