Mort is often wrong. Brit is focusing in on the difference between liberal and conservative approaches. And a works program to rebuild does not bother me. It brought a lot of people out of poverty in the depression.

One of them said "They had federal funds to fix it. I fault the MAYOR for all of this."
Wow! She just said it's the Mayor's fault! "They got federal money to fix the levees and never did it"
