I don't know. But I am happy with his direct talk and he has by delivered the most powerful speeches in his tenure of any American President since Ronald Reagan. And in some instances, W has surpassed Reagan.

I understand the arguments people make that we shouldn't rebuild below sea level, but I doubt there is enough room in NOLA to build only above sea level, and there needs to be plenty of low-income housing to service the tourism and related industries.
