These "conservatives" when compare GWB's speech tonight w/ LBJ must think Ronald Reagan would have told MS and LA to FO. IMHO Reagan, who above all else had compassion and love for people, would be doing just what GWB is doing.

I spent almost a month in the Ice Storm of '98 without power, water, heat, and suffered thousands of dollars worth of damages. Did the FEMA man come and bring me hot meals, water, and a nice check? No and nobody expected it.

No longer the case. I've heard Rush criticize Timmy recently and deservedly so... Russert has obviously become a DC party hound and is enjoying the liberal social scene. As usual, Rush has explained repeatedly the reasons why so-called open-minded journalists, politicians, judges, etc. become liberal:
