Clinton "war-room" recycled...

NDN Management

NDN is led by President and Founder Simon Rosenberg, one of the nation’s most dynamic, innovative thinkers and political strategists. Before founding NDN, Mr. Rosenberg worked as a television news writer and producer and a political strategist for the Dukakis and Clinton Presidential campaigns and the Democratic National Committee. NDN's management team includes Vice Presidents Joe Garcia, Buck Owen, Alex Pearson, Cynthia Rice and Theo Yedinsky. NDN has offices in DC, New York, San Francisco, and Miami.

NDN receives important counsel from leading strategists who form NDN's Advisory Board, including:

* Joe Andrew, former Democratic National Committee Chairman
* Sergio Bendixen, pollster and Latino expert
* Vic Fazio, former U.S. Representative, who was chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee
* Ron Kirk, former Dallas Mayor and 2002 Texas Democratic U.S. Senate nominee
* Dave McCurdy, former Democratic Leadership Council Chairman
* Mike McCurry, former White House Press Secretary
* Mack McLarty, former White House Chief of Staff
* Morris Reid, Founding Partner and Managing Director of the Westin Rinehart Group
* Jonah Seiger, Internet pioneer and strategist
* Robert Shapiro, economist and former Under Secretary of Commerce
* Rob Stein, former Commerce Department Chief of Staff and private equity investor
* Christine Varney, former Federal Trade Commissioner

A think tank and not much more, until big money gets behind them.

Examine what the article says:

Rosenberg rejects that notion that the bloggers represent a new “Internet Left.” It’s not an ideological rift, he says, but a “narrative” of independence versus capitulation: too many Democrats here are too yielding to George W. Bush on the war in Iraq, on tax policy, you name it. “What the blogs have developed is a narrative,” he told me the other day,” and the narrative is that the official Washington party has become like Vichy France.”

So much Blah, Blah, Blah - perfectly general and perfectly meaningless, but it's nice to see them calling their own weak and surrendering Frenchies.

Beating up even more on Bush is NOT the answer for them. Fineman is hurting their cause.

What more does this jokester want the Washington Democrats to do, throw their dirty diapers at the White House?

Howard still looks at every news story according to how it impacts the Clintons.

I still wonder what alternate universe people are watching when they claim the Democrats are "too nice" to President Bush. When? I've never seen it.

"Too many “governing” Democrats, he says, wrongly assume that their party’s traditional vision of “competent, benevolent government” has been rejected by the voters. It hasn’t, he says."

The problem REALLY is that too many NON-governing Democrats have recognized that "competent, benevolent government" was a lie...an illusion, rather than a "vision".

Simon should stick to "drawerings". He's joining in the process of revealing how completely the Democratic Party has lost all sensibility. It's a big asylum, and the crazier you are the more popular you can be.

The shrillness of their cries has grown as the emptiness of their ideology has been increasingly exposed.

The insanity of Howard Dean's scream, Michael Moore's films, Cindy Sheehan, and then the idiots grilling Roberts.

Only a crazy person would put his trust in the likes of these.

Rosenberg sure likes to romanticize his guys.

The only narrative they really care about is the one concerning profit margins.

It must be truly galling to the one or two Dems who still want to be effective leaders that Kos and Atrios command their money apparatus.

This seems like a contrived story to me.

Just two weeks ago I saw on NRO that the daily Kos guy was getting ready to destroy the DLC. NRO had a link to Kos who had a countdown going until D Day.

The only thing wrong with this story is that it is OLD NEWS.

I see Fineman setting up a protective story incase the rat radical blogger explode big time.

Then, he and the other Beltway/NYC limo liberals can say,
"We warned you about these radical bloggers!"

In the meantime, there is no difference in what these rat bloggers say and what Newsweak, Slime, NY Slimes, Howard Dean and ABCNNBCBS say about our President, his cabinet, John Roberts and other republicans.

Interesting take.

What did you think about Barone's article a few months ago about the blogosphere? He said that the right-blogs had been very successful in discrediting the MSM, while the left-blogs had been successful pushing the Dems further left and that both of these phenomena benefit the Republicans.

I think that Barone has sized up what has happened the last two years fairly well.

The drugged out leftwing bloggers come up with some whacked out hit job on GW like the TANG fiasco. Then the entire left wing MSM jumps on it. Eventually this fecal matter falls back into their face as the lies are documented.

We on the other hand identify and isolate these lies and eventually our truth gets legs and destroys the lefts whacked out wet dreams posing as news.

I'm also glad government keeps growing no matter who is in charge and that we're turning into a Mexican speaking nation

You forgot to add:

"educated to believe a phony african american history".
