Figured out the wonderful French bakery on St. George Street I had so heartily endorsed must have closed and was replaced with another enterprise.
Realized the owner lady then was already elderly - time and changes march on, and she probably sold it.

Did you see the bullet indention's on the walls while inside the fort? The place has seen alot of action and has really been shot up over the years. It's amazing.
