Uh, did someone say beauty products made from people? Paging Tyler Durden, paging Tyler Durden. Seems the Chinese may have been watching 'Fight Club'!
And might I add, EWWWWWWWW......

Makes our claims about spreading democracy laughable at best.

Soylent Siamese Salve?
Kinda like Asia's answer to Avon's Skin So Soft.
(which is excellent mosquito repellent - some folks in the south call it Triple "S" Holy Water in the summer months.)

Sounds like an urban legend. Like eating corpses or the euthanizing patients in NOLA. The only thing that lends this credence is the Chinese government's involvement. They would have to execute an awful lot of prisoners to accumulate enough product for a commercial release. I think the Guardian got took.

And what were these convicts condemned for?
To: Millee
contary to poplar belief there were no lampshades being produced from jews-however you should remember back in the 70's-80's about the aborted babies being used here in the good ol USA for shampoo.

"Don't hate me because I'm beautiful."
These items would make one heck of an infomercial.

Semi-celebrity Endorsement:

"Me ? 'Youthful looking' ?
Well, I can tell you, I owe it all to
my buddy here and, of course, private healthcare
unavailable to ordinary Canadians."

I was once using a product for months before I read the ingredient label. It contained human placenta extract.

What were they convicted of, misusing the internet?
To: Serb5150
No Way - What was the placenta supposed to do for you?
I thought that the kooks that ate it, or tossed it to their dogs were out there - but someone decided to pile a bunch of them in to a vat for cosmetics? What a crummy, biohazard kinda job that's gotta be.

Now how do you suppose they harvest human placenta extract? Do they buy medical waste? Follow pregnant women around with a bucket? Ask permission after the child is born? Sneak into delivery rooms? Again ewwwwwww!
