Juan is dumber than a stump...
"Bloody Mary: or, How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love Louisiana Politics"
Good old Mary "Let me finish". Really, she should stick to Larry King Alive or Oprah. She reminded me of a telemarketer whom, when asked a question, has to start all over again from the beginning.
sorry don't know his name but Britt to the black dude "You don't know what your talkin about" so if this true why was he interviewed again?
I think FOX did cut her off when Wallace was showing the photo of the buses, just so he could be heard. If so, that might be a first--a network silencing a senator during an interview.
Does anyone have a video clip or transcript of Mary Landrieu's horrendous attempt at political spin from this show?
"I love him more!!" (corrected :)
Am I just projecting or does NPR Mara (or however it's spelled) love him too. Something about the way and frequency with which that she looks at him... Who can blame her? Sigh.
I think it's more than that; think back now: the winds had barely died down when they came out of the shute blaming Bush -- all of them.
Don't you wonder why?
I'm wondering if it's not because they all knew that there's going to be a lot of investigating and a LOT of poling around in the finances of the state of Louisiana.
Gibson has been calling for Brown's head on a platter. Gibson has gone wacko, in my opinion.
It wasn't swell, wasn't it?
New Orleans Ladies, sassy smile that will drive you crazy
and they'll hold you like the light,
hugs await when there's candles burning
Them creole Babies, thin and brown, and down right lazy.
and they'll roll just like the river, a little wave, that will last forever
Chorus: All the way, (all the way, yea, yea),
from Bourbon Street to Esplanadae
they sashay bye, they sashay bye
...
Maybe she and Teddy Kennedy should take a drive around Chapaquitick and we'll see which one survives.
Yup, that's what happens when one has to commit one's lies -- um, er, talking points -- to memory.
LMAO! You're quick!
Kristol needs to go. Bring in Fred Barnes.
I think you're onto something there...
LOL and yes!
I'm glad Wallace replaced Snow...he was too much of a wuss.
Of course, I meant to say POKING!
As for the Landrieu interview, I didn't get to see it this morning. In NYC, the local Fox affiliate pre-empted it for the 9/11 ceremony. Does anyone know why FNC pushed it back to 6pm Eastern?
I can say I wouldn't have missed Chris Wallace giving Landrieu the business for anything. He was GREAT. She was hemming and hawing and letting her anger get to her. Her attempts at non-answers rendered her incoherent at one point. I'm sure that, if Chris had done some more digging, he'd have been able to lay some of the blame on her father, a former mayor of NO. A corrupt one, of course.
I just wish the other Senator had had more chance to speak. But I did notice that he was in Louisiana and she was in DC. Doesn't that tell us something?
