You think that's something, Apollo 13 lifted off at exactly 13:13 hours and two days later, on April 13, it had the onboard explosion. There is also a report that the president was at some "Building 13" at the time of liftoff (haven't been able to verify that).

After several delays, the space shuttle Challenger finally lifted off January 28, 1986 at 11:38 a.m. One minute and 13 seconds into the flight, Challenger exploded. 11:38 a.m. works out to 1 + 1 + 3 + 8 = 13.
Buttered bread always falls butter side down, my neighbors cat always lands on it feet when I toss it back over the fence. If I duct taped some buttered bread butter side up on the back of the neighbors cat would it float along the prevailing winds or just hover on it's next launch over the fence ?
We can only hope OBL was captured in last 10 months and is currently being treated to the blowtorch and pliers treatment.
