I'll give you a hit and I am pretty sure that I saw one of your toons in one of Pookies list.
They are pretty funny. If you bring them into Photoshop, you can also create bubbles and type your dialog in. Just leave a designated space for it when you draw.
As my stringbass tutor said, If you practice extensively, after a while there should be some improvement.
You can have a great future in Cartooning, if the mostly liberal syntication people don't see your toons posted here, discover your identy and black list you.

Thomas Sowell notes in one of his books that he is often complimented on his writing style, which is freeflowing and seems effortless. Folks say they wonder how he learned to write so well. He responds that it took years and years of bad writing to learn how to write well.

Practice on the text style. It is as important as the images.
Make each scene fit in the same size panel.

Lettering is very important. On a similar note, over 100 billion Bic pens have been sold. That is 51 per second. Do not use your Bic pen to do cartoon lettering.
Time to give up...
On the lettering, try lining up on a strict horizontal line rather than angling upward. See how that looks.

If you enjoy doing this then by all means keep it up. Look, nobody ever became Al Capp overnight, not even Al Capp. I see a lot of promise there if you keep working at it, regardless of what anyone else says. I would note that in the very early work of my favorite cartoonists, the actual artwork was no better, or even worse, than yours. What made those guys was their wit. The artwork usually caught up later. If you can get someone to chuckle and say "Aint that the truth" at the same time then you've done your job.

I'm getting a much bigger response this time. I was originally just free drawing to make a few people laugh, but since I'm getting suggestions on how to do it more professionally, I think I may be becoming a "hit."
