While I am not 100% confident in Brown's ability, in light of the resume' padding and forced to resign previous post reports on him... I believe it is wrong to remove him at present.

While some of the Republicans will see this as taking action, the Dems will just use this to scream that they were right all along... that it was all FEMA's fault.

Too bad the Dems won't accept any responsibility and get rid of the Governor and Mayor. :(

Look on the bright side: If President Bush is removing Brown for the right reason (*whatever* it is, even if it has nothing to do with any alleged FEMA shortcomings during Katrina) it takes the wind out of the moonbats' sails, because a) they'll believe that FEMA was slow no matter what the facts are, and b) the fact that Brown has been removed makes them look like *total* idiots if they continue to blame President Bush, since Bush "took action" to address the "problem".
