Build Bushville, DC on 9/11/05 (Sheehan gang building Camp Casey on DC Mall. Let em do it.)
Probably The Koran ^ | recently | Some commie idiot

On 9/11 survivors of Katrina will participate in a NONVIOLENT act of Civil Disobedience: building an encampment on the Washington DC Mall.

FEMA pens Katrina survivors like diseased cattle.

Bushville, DC will force politicians and reporters to see them every day.

We may be few on 9/11, but Bushville, DC will grow.

Bushville, DC isn’t an organization - it’s a vision. Everyone come to the Mall and join the crowd. You don’t need to be a Katrina survivor, all Bush survivors are welcome. Be there and make history.

yada yada. Paging Ms. Fonda.

"Be there and make history"? Read your history, puke - Bonus Army and MacArthur ring a bell?

I guess it's predictable if you can think like a lib. It made my head ache when I got the link to this bushville.org in an email from a poor lost liberal neice.

One thing they did is smart - we need to be very careful about counter-demonstrating. Imagine the fun the MSM would have with Freepers taunt Survivors.

Hey, they could do an episode of Survivor on The Mall in Bushville. Or isn't that PC?

I say let them move 10,000 survivors into DC and put them on the mall. The ones that have jobs aren;t going to stick around there. The ones that are left are going to make it obvious that Bush did all he could.

Sorry I got a little heated. They'd exploit their own dead mothers to get a paragraph in a newspaper.

Their traitorous yapping led me to sign on at FR!

Welcome. Interesting that a peace group has to capitalize the word NONVIOLENT. Did they think that their followers thought otherwise? ;-)

Shouldn't this be done in Baton Rouge, LA? You know, where the state government is located?

Here we go ...sharks on the blood scent. Wait till all the loonies and drop outs show up to trash the Capitol. Again, we (taxpayers) will be picking up the tab. How many times do we have to pay for their party??? They are paid to stay home and NOT work, they are subsidized if they work and are poor (who ain't) and they are paid every single time they open their mouths as cry about how rich people are treated better. Duhhh...to them, if you have a job - you are rich. Wonder what it's like with that la la land mentality about the world.

Sean Penn and Jane Fonda alone could probably house, feed, and clothe thousands of evacuees alone--for life!

Good point. Isn't that racist? Makes people think of looters if you have tell them to play nice.

Is this supposed to be like a Hooverville camp? (Depression era tent town for the homeless, cynically named after the President)

"On 9/11 survivors of Katrina will participate in a NONVIOLENT act of Civil Disobedience: building an encampment on the Washington DC Mall"

"You don’t need to be a Katrina survivor"

Ahh..the truth is out there. This has nothing to do with any desire to help Katrina survivors in any way... it appears to only be another leftist mastabatory event.

Explain. I am genuinely interested in your thinking. Maybe it will be easy to counterdemonstrate in a few weeks when the MSM has got tired of them. But they are going to be treated like saints. They'll ship the nicest old ladies up to showcase first. Who can picket against 1,000 grandmothers? I'm getting hysterical here. Time to go chew some rocks to relax.
