They shouldn't have to fear getting government aid, because the idea that an illegal alien might receive any aid whatsoever from the government for any reason whatsoever should never even inhabit their wildest dreams. Government aid is a privilege of citizenship, not a human right that you deserve just for breathing (unlike, say, the right to property.)

I've never heard of a scared illegal, they seem pretty dang bold to me demanding drivers licence, medical care, schooling, welfare, voting rights and home loans.
