Scary to know people can slip in and out of the shelters nightly.
I've never heard of a scared illegal, they seem pretty dang bold to me demanding drivers licence, medical care, schooling, welfare, voting rights and home loans.
can you imagine how they'd lose their "inhibitions" if they were granted amnesty? Then they'd probably constitue 50% of the jail and prison populations.
