The sharks (MSM and JJ, Sharpton, Oprah) all waiting to see how JEB BUSH handles emergency, then blame W for how quick they got out to Florida.
Done
I was just watching the local TV and they were showing all the local government employes who were in place ready to do whatever it is they do during and after the hurricane lands. You will note that this is Florida and not Louisiana.
can i be added to the ping list too? i've been following your threads since last year, you do an awesome job! - fellow tampa bay resident here (Land O Lakes actually)
Well I surely hope thats not the case. The longer she spins the meaner she will get!
Goodness. Another hurricane. Ophelia ... you're breaking my heart ...
Wesley Chapel here
We have a good breeze blowing here, but dry.
DIMS: "If Jeb doesn't make his people suffer like Blanco, then we know something is up. We will not be satisfied until a large amount of non-minorities die in FL."
This thing has killed our weather for several days now. Drenching rains off and on. Cloud cover 100%. No rain for a few hours now though.
Volusia county has already opened a shelter in Deland. Tropical storm force winds are forecast for right along the coast.
Indeed- the lovely Emily & I are keeping an eye on this one. Just noticed the very large pecan tree overhanging my workshop is stone dead, and I'll bet the local tree service guy is swamped now.
I saw some pictures of pretty significant beach erosion on the east coast.
Reminds me of Hurricane Elena, which sat in the Gulf, off the coast and just churned, caused all kinds of coastal problems without even making landfall in our area.
Nope, go ahead and I'll join you.
Done
:-)
I just can't bear to imagine another hurricane.
Present. Go east Ophie.
Don't envy you at all with a stalled hurricane planted off the coast. Annoying, indeed.
