Good evening Troops, Veterans, family members, Canteen, and Lurkers!
How's everyone this evening?
Fabulous thread Queenie!!!
America should support our Troops because we're damn lucky to have such an awesome military.
Thank you Queenie for providing more pictures!!!
Thank you Diva Betsy Ross for posting the thread about helping our Troops helping with the relief efforts.
*HUGS* to you both.It's Wednesday night.
MoJo and The Sailor are having *marital* issues with a lot of help from our *annoying* lovable neighbors.
This afternoon Rene' bought The Sailor a HUGE Texas Longhorns flag to wave beside Old Glory. How insulting is that
to Old Glory? Beyond words! Rene' buying anything dealing with Texas is huge because he hates Texas.
So? MoJo being bored decided to have a *little* fun. I had the neighbor kid, Corey, take the flag and put it in his house.
Nothing wrong with that. Just a *little* joke. After all, Hawk (Corey's dad) hates Texas and was willing to *help*.
Guess what?? They have a new puppy that likes to chew on things. Guess what happened to the flag?
How the flag got on the floor is a *mystery* to all of us except to The Sailor. He sees this as a conspiracy of Bevo proportions.
Hawk went and bought a *new* flag and ended up bringing home a Texas A&M flag. (This has had me laughing all evening. Privately
of course!) Two of our Marine neighbors are also *appalled* because they're Longhorns fans as well. Good grief.
The Sailor's *sense of humor* isn't working properly this evening. Bummer.
So? MoJo will have to endure *gasping* having to buy another one. Grrrr.......
What was just a *little* joke has turned into a *none* speaking evening until MoJo finds a flag.
As hotstreak has lectured both of us this evening, *we're all watching NASCAR on Saturday night anyways. Who cares about the game?*
Yes, who cares indeed. Just both of his parents who will send him into the den to watch NASCAR. LOL!

A PRAYER OF PROTECTION
The light of God surround you The love of God enfold you The power of God protect you The presence of God watch over you Wherever you are, God is, And all is well. Amen.
BLESS THIS HOUSE Bless this house O Lord we pray; Make it safe by night and day;
Bless these walls so firm and stout, Keeping want and trouble out:
Bless the roof and chimneys tall, Let thy peace lie over all;
Bless this door, that it may prove ever open to joy and love.
Bless these windows shining bright, Letting in God's heav'nly light;
Bless the hearth a'blazing there, with smoke ascending like a prayer;
Bless the folk who dwell within, keep them pure and free from sin;
Bless us all that we may be Fit O Lord to dwell with thee;
Bless us all that one day we May dwell O Lord with thee.

I made the individual collage pics and then printed out the entire lot of all of them,
next I put them all together on a big piece of foam-core board
I'm planning to take this big collage over to the Marine recruiter's office tomorrow.
