And just so you don't glance over that, that's $2 Billion with a "B" and only $1.98 Million with a "M" was spent on the levees.

That means $1,998,020,000 was spent on anything but the levees

- 90% completed in 1999,

- Not slated to be complete until 2013,

&

- Never designed to withstand over a CAT 3 hurricane.
