I would like to see one of the polsters do a poll ----

"Do you think Sandy Berger should get a less or longer sentence for stealing and destroying public government property than the five months incarceration that Martha Stewart received for perjury?"

Why isn't this man getting time? It's a simple enough question?

A better question: Just what can I take out of the National Archives and NOT suffer a jail term? Ask them THAT question!

He should be in Leavenworth. Or better yet in the noose.

get at least a year's probation...for stealing top-secret memos and lying about it.

And Martha Stewart got five months jail time for lying to an SEC investigator?

I would think the only way he gets off so lightly is if he rats out the people who put him up to his little indiscretion.

Regards,
GtG

He gets off because it's really one big club in Washington.
They all believe they are special. Has one single lost their job over 9/11?
They may be part of different parties, but they are ALL MEMBERS OF THE BIGGER CLUB. It's sickening

Just heard on Rush: Sentence was fine of $50,000 and two year's probation, so the judge exceeded the recommendations.

Good for her.
