She kept insisting that Buses WERE used, that they were '

I do not want to sound like a conspiracy kook, but if any future investigations reveal that there was some hidden intentions by the Democrats in the Mayor and Governor offices in Louisiana with coordination with other leaders of the Democrat party to purposely not do anything about the hurricane in order to blame the President for it, then the Democrat party as know will cease to exist.

You didn't go far enough. Once their plan was clearly being effective, they could not wait to start broadcasting the accusation that Bush and the Republicans don't care about black people, if this had been a white city aid would have been there immediately, etc. And they got the gulity liberals in the MSM to pick it up and broadcast it for them as though it were gospel. There are already "rumors" that the levees were broken deliberately in order to kill black people, and that the police did nothing to stop the looting because "they" wanted America to see a bunch of blacks trashing the city as proof that black people are all stupid criminals.

I guarantee that this is going to be used and used and used in the next election to drive that black vote back to the Democrats in record numbers. The "black genocide" in New Orleans will become an article of faith in inner cities across the country. It's the perfect way to keep the brothers on the Democrat plantation. 'We may not be doin' much for you, but those Republicans just want to kill you like they killed the brothers and sisters in New Orleans.' Hide and watch. They have hit the political jackpot and they know it.
