He's being non-specific for a reason. His talk is merely for local consumption. He wants to be governor.
I'd like to think that one of the LA politicians would like to break from the pack and distinguish himself by saying they need to do better in the future.
You know, act as a leader.
I guess that doesn't fit the Louisiana political culture though. They seem to be really good at circling the wagons, blaming others, living it up (Edwin Edwards) and acting as demagogues (Huey Long).
