What a gigantic waste of money. Nueter and lobotomize these people and be done with it. And the Rat congresswoman needs to spend some time alone with these "sexually violent" inmates so she can pull her head out.

If these people are
that risky, how is it that any authority could even consider re-introducing them into the public?
Are these people not clearly "throw away the key" types?

State of Illinois has a sex offender website where you can type in any zip-code to see if an offender lives nearby. The number of sex offenders in Chicago zips is alarming. That facility looks too comfortable and too small.

That's what happens when you don't have life sentences (or death) for habitual Level III sexual predators. If the legislature would enact such, you wouldn't need to worry about what happens when they get out.

"In 1999, federal Judge William Dwyer ordered DSHS to build an off-island halfway house."Dwyer was a pervert himself. In Washington you can also find out how many perverts live in your neighborhood, for whatever good that does you.
Also, I live in suburban Seattle, but have never even heard of the SODO district. Where is it? Sounds like they came up with a code name for where they're releasing him so the public doesn't panic (or find him and he accidentally disappears).

SODO stands for "South of the Dome" - as in the late King Dome

Shouldn't Michael Jackson just pay for this himself?

Why is anyone surprised that something like this happened in the Peoples Republic of Seattle?
