They also just posted the story about Kayne West with the following headline:
'KAYNE WEST RIPS BUSH'.
Of course I'm sure they left out the fact that the president recommended evacuation last weekend to both Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco.

Yes, indeed. It reeks of political correctness and sandals and curly hair and lots of "Wow, man" utterances.

I think the problem is actually the rules that the Salvation Army has forbidding intermarriage that seems to upset the MSM the most.

I had been trying to get through to the Salvation Army server for days, to make a donation. All five of their servers have been loaded for days. That's good news.
As for the Red Cross, how do you know that a donation will be used for the hurricane/flood? Remember how, after 9/11 we found out that the Red Cross was using many of the donations for their "general funds"?

Franklyn Graham was on TV early in the week. Said they have WORK FOR FOOD programs all over the world.
Couldn't see why the able bodied men in NO weren't expected to work for pay to help their fellow citizens.
The Great Society is a sin that needs to expiated.

Wow. Well, Catholic Charities (or SA, of course) is a great alternative to these crackpots.

Isn't Habitat for Humanity quasi-Christian? I'm not surprised at all about the Salvation Army snub, considering that Yahoo's in very Democratic Silicon Valley, CA.

My dad is a WW2 vet and like several folks from his generation I have known, they spit venom at the Red Cross and love the Salvation Army. Anyone else encounter this from 'oldschool' folks?

The Left's goal of destroying Christianity is in their mind no petty matter but of the highest priority!
