I think I need more facts before coming to that conclusion. Where did the bus start and who were those people on it? He got there real quick.
I think that when they do the forensic engineering analysis, they're going to find that the SD was hit with far faster winds than anyone thought it would be because of the taller buildings creating odd wind flows.
