That is how I interpreted his comments....perhaps wrongly, since I only tuned in for a few minutes becuase I can't stand their bush-bashing!

imagine what 9-11 would have been like, if Rudy and Pataki and everybody else - fled the city right after the attack, and just started doing TV and radio interviews asking "where are the feds"?
