Troops disembark from a military helicopter at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans on Friday, Sept. 2, 2005. A huge military presence has arrived in the city, restoring order and bringing with them food and water to feed the thousands of victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The part about the Superdome being used for shelter.....I read that the owners said no way....the mayor had attorneys working on it.....and they had no shelters set up? None? This is the Presidents fault, how?

Were they talking about Hurricane Ivan?
