This is what this ACLU twit is focusing on NOW, during the biggest disaster in the history of our country?!?!?!?
To: dukeman
You have to be the lowest type lowlife lawyer in a profession that is loaded with lowlifes to be an attorney for the ACLU.

Religious minorities cannot be made to feel like outsiders simply because the government endorses in an unenlightened way the majority faith, I call your attention to the use of the term "unenlightened". If the ACLU is enlightened then what are the rest of us who would just as soon see the ACLU run over in the street?

I object to the ACLU using the words 'American' and 'Liberty' in their name.

They will get away with this. They always do. And the taxpayers will foot the bill for their attorneys.

Story I'd like to hear:
Religious minorities cannot be made to feel like outsiders simply because the government endorses in an unenlightened way the majority faith, says Peter Simonson, the executive director of the New Mexico ACLU, just moments before being struck by a bolt of lightning.
No, I am not advocating that an ACLU lawyer should die, but you gotta admit, a little Divine intervention would be hilariously funny.
Best Regards
Sergio

The ACLU has way too much time on Its' hands.
Their hostility towards faith (they are anything but neutral)is more damaging than the symbols they attack.

"I dont see why this needs to be an issue or an episode, said Tijeras resident Norm Scott. This has nothing to do with the first amendment or my civil liberties. This has something to do with people having nothing better to do.Precisely. I hope the town forces the weenie-whining liberal puke to sue them. ACLU needs to have their bluffs called everywhere, every time.

ACLU deserves no future within a free society called America.
They need to change their name.

This has something to do with people having nothing better to do.No, this is about the legal arm of the American Communist Party working the courts and lawsuits angle to force America into chaos so they can then rebuild it into a Marxist hellhole with themselves as the pampered, powdered elites.
Simonson has said the ACLU would rather settle this disagreement without taking any legal action. But on Thursday, Simonson said that village officials are not listening to reason and he may have to resort to the courts.
What unmitigated, breathtaking arrogance. How godforsaken, wretched and hopelessly lost these people are.
To: GiovannaNicoletta
"he may have to resort to the courts"
The ACLU LOVES to threaten this; they know that the mere threat is intimidation, because most towns can't afford
the litigation, and most would rather just settle than
suffer the risk.
And so we lose our liberties--because we aren't willing even to defend them in the courts.
To: madprof98
They will get away with this. They always doThe tide is turning, with a lot of ground to make up, thanks to groups like the Alliance Defense Fund. If they get involved, the defense won't cost the town a nickel.

At some point the ACLU nitwits are going to start this anti-religion BS with some people who carry real guns with real bullets.
Here in Virginia, ever since "open carry", Ken Willis and his band of snarling running dog lackeys at the local ACLU have been mighty quiet.
