New Orleans is (was) an almost completely black run city from bottom up.
The last major company left headquartered there was Entergy and I bet given the locale they had a strong quota system.
Blanco was elected by blacks and yellow dogs.
They have only themselves and fate to blame.
doesn't mean they don't deserve help and I wish it could have come sooner but the only issues of race are of the local government's own doing
and Mississippi?

there are about as many folks in the three Mississippi coastal counties displaced as there are in the wet spots of Orleans and St Bernard's parishes
if anything, it looks like folks are paying more attention to black NOLA than 80% cracker Hancock, Harrison and Jackson counties.....and much of south Miss below 1-20

Too much emphasis has been placed on looting???? Maybe he feels that way because it's the BLACKS that are doing all the f$%king looting.
