Here we go/Race-Baiting, poverty pimps!
That's because it is...and that's putting it mildly.
An incompetent mayor, a feckless governor (crocodile tears), looters and criminals working in conjunction with corrupt police and dimocRATs running everything state and local..
it's got to get a lot better before it gets to the disfunctional level.

C-SPAN has a RealPlayer link to the "Congressional Black Caucus on Response to Hurricane Katrina." It runs for 52 minutes.
My anger at this unfortunate turn of events grows every minute, with each occurrence. It is sickening and these animals making these comments should be dressed down publicly by the president.
"I suggest they start with the BLACK mayor that left 200+ school buses to flood.."
Bingo!
The constituents of Diane Watson should pray they never have a disaster; I'm sure she's about as effective as the NO variety.
anyone have a copy of that post made by certain black leaders about 9/11 "this is not our war"? What if I were to say that right now?
I know.
Yep, even rape, looting and murder aren't worthy of condemnation when they're being committed by their own people. Being white and conservative trumps even the most hideous crimes on the black pander-bears' racist agenda.
say it again
Look, when the Federal government abandons you and you've been on the dole your whole life -- whats left OTHER than murder, rape, and burglary? Have you ever killed, raped, or stolen? Then who are you to judge? /sarcasm
Jackson's comment is so off base. There are black looters and there are black heroes bringing people through the flooded streets. It is NOT about race, unless you want to make it about race. Why Jackson wouldn't be praising the law abiding and heroic blacks and demanding that looters..no matter what their color is...be shot is just beyond me.
There is not a lot of sympathy for the "victim" role complaining about the government and "we don't have hot meals" characters.
This will be the standard reply I give to all posts when the subject is to blame Bush for all:
The nanny state/welfare mentality - it's always someone else's job. What part of MANDITORY EVACUATION do these fools in the media not get? The people on the coast were warned, told to leave, and chose to stick it out thereby endangered themselves and their families. That would be considered neglect when parents put their children in danger.
The Governor and Mayor's extreme ineptitude is what the bozos in the lame-steam media should be focused on. It was their job to prepare their constituents, NOT the federal government. There was ample time to prepare, and most responsible adults took to the road for safety. Yet all that was offered on the state level was another poor evacuation plan from the dimwit dimocrats. Either using "one way out" stuck in traffic or holing up in the dome, what choices!
Before the storm, they could have used all the school & city busses to evacuate those who couldn't make it on their own to higher ground further inland. But they chose weakness in the face of real danger instead.
After the storm, all resources were put at their disposal, yet they delayed making the request as well as delayed the delivery when aid arrived. Martial Law was declared and yet they still sat on thier hands allowing lawlessness to erupt. Neither can handle their jobs, yet refuse to step aside and allow someone else to handle it.
If President Bush hadn't announced the evacuation order, there would be more loss and suffering, mainly due to the clueless Democrats who failed to do anything - who, by the way, have been in charge of that state long before Bush ran for office.
When you have your hand extended, you shouldn't b!tch about getting aid when you were told to prepare for 3-5 days of food and water. When it comes to your family's safety, waiting on government to solve your problems is no better than waiting on a welfare check instead of getting off your arse and finding work.
But I guess wading around in sewage and griping about it is a much more pleasing alternative if you always pull the "D" lever when it's time to elect leadership. The failure of a democrat-led state is why the media is out in force trying to point fingers at Bush, when they all know the reality of the situation...their own failures cause many more to die than would have if they hadn't been slow to react.
You think they're anry now? Wait til a couple of the Abandoned Merchandise Recovery Agents (looters) get an ass full of .223 lead.
Where were they in the days leading up to the storm ensuring that preparations were adequate?
Just-damn material.......
"...slow federal response to Hurricane Katrina."
EXCUSE, ME?? This happened on Monday. It is now Friday. Approximately 72 hours (give or take a few hours). In a good year, it takes the Congress weeks, if not months to decide on what to do and how to do it!! First, it goes to committee, then they have to talk it to death, then they have to filibuster, then maybe, just maybe, they take a vote. SHEESH! I know more can and should be done, but I think 72 hours for the federal government is pretty good.
Besides, I don't see any of the Black Commie Caucus busting their collective behinds to get down there to help!
"Black members of Congress" And what has this group done to help besides complaining?
Really, well I have some very strong thoughts on the matter myself.
The portrayed close knit Black community is a falsehood propagandized by race pimp leaders, in New Orleans, I have witnessed nothing but a gaggle, constituted of idiots with a me first mob mentality.
With no LEO or civilian authority on hand, why from this crowd of humanity, did no Black leaders witnessing this chaos, not step forward and rise to the occasion by organizing a form of self government? Why did Black ex-military, and LEO there not form able bodied men into a ad hoc civil and police force to protect the most helpless and defenseless? Why did they not have the wherewithal to assure that water, food and medical supplies on hand and delivered, be distributed equally and fairly? Why did the strong standby and allow predators to prey upon the weak? Why did Black experienced medical people not step forward and organize to make even a minimal effort to help those in the most dire need? Why did Black leaders not separate these mobs into much smaller groups where manageable control and safety could be maintained?
Why? Because as generations of welfare and freebie recipients such as we now witness here, have never had to be responsible for anything they have ever done. Their so called leaders have ingrained into them, that they are owed all, are victims of society, nothing is ever their fault, it is the government's job to, feed, clothe, house, and provide them with free medical care from cradle to the grave.
Was Massa right, in that Blacks cannot take responsibility for themselves to function as a people without constant oversight and care, or, is this what the great welfare society has wrought upon them, and us all?
Maybe the caucus should have been just a tad angry that the gangsters were shooting at relief workers. You know, the very people trying to help those who actually listen to the Black Caucus.
Anytime the Black Congressional Caucus opens its collective mouth, it's about race!
