Since the media insists on calling the hurricane victims refugees lets start calling the looters "insurgents". Both words - at least in the past - have been used in the context of war.

Perhaps people will have a bit more respect for Rumsfeld and the job he's trying to do.

Pacify a country at war while we here at home cannot protect the victims of a natural disaster from the lowest forms of humanity.

Waiting to hear our blasted media find a way to blame this, too, on President Bush.

We agree; let the WH send in some units recently rotated back from Iraq or Afghanistan to make good use of their combat experience.
