Pacify a country at war while we here at home cannot protect the victims of a natural disaster from the lowest forms of humanity.
Waiting to hear our blasted media find a way to blame this, too, on President Bush.
I can't believe they are shooting at the people trying to help them. Even during the tsunami in Southeast Asia, I don't remember them shooting at the helicopters. It's a shame when the military is safer in other countries than in one of our own cities. (shakes my head)
It is up to us to highlight the fact that *this* is the results of decades of Liberal Leadership. Generations of welfare has lead to anarchy, pandemonium and unnecessary loss of life.
Diane Sawyer tried to trip the President up this AM in her interview of him. She asked why it took so long to convene a meeting of top officials concerning Katrina. Bush responded by saying the storm was Monday/Tuesday, he returned to Washington Wednesday and held the first meetings, stating that the people in charge needed 24 hours at a minimum to assess the situation so appropriate action could be taken in terms of prioritizing the recovery effort. Bush beat off the first attack with a logical explanation ... which is difficult for liberal 'Rats that infest the MSM to fathom.
too late!
