I just paid $4.09 per gallon to fill up with regular. An hour ago the same station was at $3.09. I have verification from WSB Radio 750 Atlanta that local stations are charging from $4 to $6 per gallon, while Atlanta motorists are queued up for blocks to get some. Rumors are that the gas supply in Atlanta will run out before the weekend.
Make that "buy" a GEO Metro.
And the government wins too. What a perfect couple.
Let me see. Bush IS the president. He can address the nation, oh say, just as Reagan used to. Maybe a good start would be..." Citizens of this fine country need a break from the high price of fuel. Taxes consume 45% of the price for each dollar spent. I am proposing a pull back to 25% for each dollar. I will be calling a special session of congress the Tuesday after labor day to see who is with us. Call your congressperson NOW. I promise I will make this priority ONE from now until it is passed. If I see that they could give a rats a$$, I will come on to address the nation on Wednesday. God Bless America!!!"
We are being taxed $0.45 for each dollar. How much is gas today at 7:00 PM in your town? At this rate you and I and every sucker in this country will pay off this nations deficit by September 30th.
A scarlet G would be appropriate for these gougers.
It appears that you spend quite a bit of time talking to "boyfriends" on the net and looking at pictures of homosexual perversion.
But you and your boyfriend have confused me with another of your ilk. Like I said, I don't go your way.
Is that the best you've got?
Where'd the vitriol come from?
Ga prices effect everyone but it is just a few people who are the constant whiners, as if whining about it is going to help.
