Astonishing Exclusive From Mississippi [hundreds if not thousands dead]
Paramedic Rescue Operation | 8-31-05 | My Favorite Headache

Posted on 08/30/2005 10:10:45 PM PDT by My Favorite Headache

It is with heavy heart I write this...

I have finally reconnected with my best friend who is a paramedic who was sent from Georgia 2 days ago to Gulf Port, Mississippi before the hurricane hit.

He just reached me within the last 10 mins via emergency cell phone to tell me he was alive.

Thousands of bodies have been discovered throughout Mississippi in Gulf Port, Waveland,Hancock County,Bay of St.Louis.

They are hanging in trees and they are pulling them out 30 at a time. Entire families found drowned in their homes and washing up on shore.

The stories he could tell me were brief. National Guard is on the scene and arresting anyone seen on the streets.

The numbers are staggering and what I have been told tonight will shake people to their foundation as the numbers will be coming out in the next 24-hours of just how many people have actually perished in these and 3 other beach communities.

More to follow....

Wellllllllll, I recall rather painfully back in the first year, and the 2nd year . . . of FR, things were pretty

FREE-FOR-ALL-y

though Jim and mods made a valliant effort at civility standards.

People were ganged up on ruthlessly, relentlessly often just for disagreeing with the more powerful social stars hereon who were better connected or more respected or some such.

I don't know but I think it's been better in recent years.

I'm probably not a good gauge. I tend to be a lightening rod/whipping post for folks with a visceral rebellious hostility to any kind of supernaturalism/high strangeness/submission to God in any active-dialogue sorts of ways . . . etc.

So, I've always gotten ganged-up on and shredded at the drop of a hat just by appearing on a thread--even if I was just talking about paint peeling.

I will say this--the hostility on this thread seems to be over the top in a number of directions and instantaneously.

I think tons of it is Pride. Much is insecurity and fear. Much is control freak stuff. Much is intolerance of difference because significant difference leaves some feeling insecure, threatened unconsciously. Much is IN-GROUP/OUT-GROUP stuff--raging hostility against those not in one's inner circle group for insecurity, fear, pride, control freak reasons.

And, there are demonic forces loosed upon the world now and increasingly who's sole job is to set individuals against individuals and groups against groups. Scripture has warned us of this lawless, violent, contrary period. It is increasing and will get much worse.

Already we have people shot for road rage--maybe just a bad look from a neighboring driver.

Such will happen on the street more and more. Folks killed for their Nike's. Folks killed because someone with a gun thought person B looked at Gun wielder cross-eyed.

imho, the ONLY safety is in the arms of God and walking as fully as one can manage in His moment by moment will as Holy Spirit confirms such in that still small voice He seems to prefer speaking in within one's inner man.

Anyway--just my opinion, of course.

Very insightful truth about the compulsive need to win. Sigh.

I agree that the prof's comments were not based on what actually happened, but rather on earlier projections, mixed with a little of reality. That being said, the NO disaster evolved the way those who've studied hurricanes thought it would. Water would be directed from the Gulf through Lake Borgne and into Lake Pontchartrain by strong easterly winds in advance of the hurricane. Then, after the eye moved north of NO, and winds began to blow from the north, water fom Lake P. would impinge upon the city. For NO, it was a two part strom. Winds first, then water. In MS, the storm surge and strongest winds occur at the same time.

Officials are rarely "leaders", bosses, yes. LA's tearful deer in the headlights local, state, and federal hacks know they are helpless because of the generations of lack of leadership. This crop can't say it because soime have been in office too long. N.O. was well known for a century as a suicide bowl living on good luck; they knew all about Galveston in 1906...

Individuals should have invested in axes, tarp and rope to chop, climb, and raft their way onto and off their roofs with shade, boats/rafts, bugout kits containing potable water/filtration and food (12,000+ Kcal) with first aid supplies, dry clothes and a weapon for self-defense (snakeshot and hollowpoints) in a whitewater "dry bag". Who the HELLo would not? The kit costs less than $50 + the handgun. A high-tech water filter bottle costs $40 able to filter up to 200 gallons of potable water. FOOLS did not plan ahead or heed common sense. Most victims are not just unlucky! Reality is a b!+ch of a teacher.

EVERY AMERICAN MUST MAKE UP THEIR OWN BUGOUT BAG BEFORE ISLAMO-EINSATZGRUPPEN'S NUKES WIPE OUT A MILLION SOULS OR MORE. Use common sense in the time we have left.

Some have mentioned Guiliani. But he was familiar with NY but isn't with NO so that may make him less effective.

FINALLY got word on my in-laws in Gulfport. They all stayed in one house (all 9 of them) in Orange Grove (Gulfport north of I-10).

Very bad connection via cell.

House is still standing; lost half the roof; lots of water damage from rain, not flooding; garage door gone; privacy fence gone; several old pine trees are on the ground now.

Important thing is they're ok. They have a gennie and lots of food (and guns just in case). Still haven't heard from my folks up in McComb/Brookhaven MS. I'm thinking they're okay, just without power.

"I wouldn't have posted such a story with just a phone call from a friend as my only source of proof."

The question isn't whether you'd post the story, but whether you'd trust and believe your friend. The question of whether to post, or not depends on how much you value your fellows concern to know what's going on.

THANKS.

Not at all surprised.

The puppet masters are eagerly looking forward to putting the whole USA under martial law as soon as they can help create enough excuse/need.

But in NO, it's probably greatly needed.

A hasty call in the heat of "battle" so to speak...no I wouldn't believe him completely.

Certainly not enough to broadcast it to the world.

On the news yesterday (CNN or MSNBC) they stated that one in six of every citizen of NO had no means of transportation.

Pair that with the 28% unemployment, you've got the main reason for those who stayed behind: no means or opportunity.

Be that as it may, the toll is still going to be more than we can understand. They are talking about bodies floating in the streets, families dead in houses, and bodies tagged on the streets because there is no place to take them.

Looking at the reporters today, it isn't hard to fathom this is going to be an extremely high number initially, and will continue to grow due to contamination.

That's nice...but there is nothing in there to back up the OP's claim if "bodies 30 at a time being plucked down"...and "entire families being washed ashore".

Hindsight is always 20/20 isn't it?

I think you need to either get some sleep or lay off of the caffiene

No bugout bag is going to help if you get nuked.

Poverty, illness, old age and being disabled certainly kept some from leaving. I'm still shocked that this vulnerable city had no emergency plan. It looks like the whole area had no plan.
