It is with heavy heart I write this...
I have finally reconnected with my best friend who is a paramedic who was sent from Georgia 2 days ago to Gulf Port, Mississippi before the hurricane hit.
He just reached me within the last 10 mins via emergency cell phone to tell me he was alive.
Thousands of bodies have been discovered throughout Mississippi in Gulf Port, Waveland,Hancock County,Bay of St.Louis.
They are hanging in trees and they are pulling them out 30 at a time. Entire families found drowned in their homes and washing up on shore.
The stories he could tell me were brief. National Guard is on the scene and arresting anyone seen on the streets.
The numbers are staggering and what I have been told tonight will shake people to their foundation as the numbers will be coming out in the next 24-hours of just how many people have actually perished in these and 3 other beach communities.

Has this been confirmed? I remember after Andrew, there were many reports of "Thousands dead", and these reports all came from "credible witnesses". Turned out that these reports became urban legends. After the storm and the official count was so low, conspiracy theories arose, I heard them from LEO even!
I have no doubt the numbers will be higher than they are now, but perhaps this person is relaying a particularly gruesome find, and somehow generalizing it to the entire area..
These guys are going to start to have a far different problem, probably today.
If there really is 50,000 dead, or anything approximating that, it will be difficult to cover it up for long.
The entire region is going to start to be one big decaying mess, and there won't be anyone allowed in there without some sort of biohazard gear.
The smell of it is going to start travelling on the wind and it will be intense enough to smell it in neighboring counties and states that are more populated and have access to better communications mediums.
What's hilarious is that the black helicopters turned out to be just special forces training for military operations in urban terrain and scaring people. Angered a few mayors, but the commanders felt surprise training was the best way to go about it back then.
They have info on FOX now with individual talking about his family WHO IS A GOOD DISTANCE NORTH OF I 10. They flooded up to the ceiling. Bay St. Louis, Waveland, and Pass Christian is south of there on the coast. We need to expect the very worse on this. He claimed that you can not get to Bay Saint Louis or Waveland. He says there is nothing left south of I 10.
God and those who know me best including a fair number of FREEPERS know my compassion and empathy is, according to many who've volunteered an opinion--in the top 3% or so. By God's Grace.
I'm not into blaming the victim.

Those who earnestly endeavor to seek God first; Love Him and others and follow His Priorities and rules
are blessed.
Those who don't aren't.
Those who are the worst rebels against Him get the most judgment.
That's simple historic fact throughout Scripture as well as plain old history.

OF course, you're assuming that environmental conditions were exactly the same back then as they are now and that just because people deny macroevolution they also must deny microevolution (e.g. adaptation or specialization from a common ancestor that was ... CREATED).
