Gang rapes?

Can anyone give me any information, updates or other, I just heard on FOX News the we now have TWO cases of office or officers being shot at, one at a police station in N.O. attacked by suspects using AK-47's (i.e. gang related, RAP culture, if the cops are dead it makes it easier to loot, viz looks like this is also related to looting which is more than for food), another report an officer shot in the face in N.O. by looters, and this just after I am hearing chatter on the short wave where some folks talking about now what they believe are incidents of rape and gang rape going on? Is there any truth to this? I don't think the chatter was coming from N.O. in this case ... but this is getting sick, real sick, I am very very disappointed in what I am hearing but with the whole sick RAP culture and all including shoving it as feed to our children, well it doesn't surprise me. Not the other day I had to endure a car next to mine, loud RAP about shooting the police and guns shooting women in the face, all the while I had a child in my car - the F word screaming from the car as "music", when did this become "ok", even legal? Isn't this a hate crime? My GOd, where are we going? As for looter, in 1906 S.F. after the Earthquake, the Guard was given shot to kill orders on looters. When do we reach the point to give shoot to kill orders, never? There is never a time for such? Never? Or is there never a will? Man... man oh man.
